First of all.. the cleanliness of this place is filthy.. management has no respect for customer service.. devices seem faulty.. making a problem over a fake policy... what getgo doesn't accept a legal passport.. their staff is unprofessional and rude... who hires these people...? Anyone have any suggestions on resolving this matter?
